    1. Concluding a contract for the provision of tattoo services, booking a tattoo date and proper implementation of the concluded contract for the provision of tattoo services;
    2. Documenting the concluded tattoo agreement and its settlement (based on tax law provisions);
    3. Internal administrative purposes;
    4. Maintaining statistics;
    5. Pursuing claims or taking actions to defend against claims;
    6. Considering complaints and grievances;
    7. Contacting you, including exchanging correspondence (via electronic media and by phone);
    8. Providing answers to submitted inquiries regarding our tattoo services;
    9. Promotion of our tattoo services (also based on interest in our services);
  4. The basis for the processing of your personal data is:
    1. Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR;

    3. Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f GDPR – regarding the pursuit of potential claims in connection with the provision of the service and defense against claims;
    4. art. 9 sec. 2 letter a GDPR – regarding data concerning your health;
  5. Providing data is voluntary, however, without obtaining it we will not be able to make a tattoo for you;
  6. You have the right to:
    1. Request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification thereof; deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data;
    2. Objection to the processing of your personal data;
    3. Transfer data;
    4. File a complaint with the supervisory authority;
    5. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, if the basis for the processing of your data is consent;
    6. Request to receive one copy of the personal data processed by us;
  7. Your personal data will not be transferred by the White Rat Tattoo tattoo studio to third countries and international organizations;
  8. Your personal data will not be transferred by the White Rat Tattoo tattoo studio to other recipients of personal data;
  9. Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling;
