Terms & Conditions<\/span><\/h1>\n

  1. Regulations apply to the White Rat Tattoo Studio in Warsaw at Lwowska Street 11 apartment 4 (first floor), and website www.whiterattattoo.pl\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The customer is obliged to read the regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. We reserve the copyright for photos, designs and tattoos we take.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Prices of tattoos and bookings are set individually.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. In White Rat Tattoo studio it is strictly forbidden to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages and other stimulants. We do not make tattoos to people under the influence of alcohol, psychoactive substances and intoxicants.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. We make tattoos only for adults +18 years old.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. The White Rat Tattoo studio is strictly forbidden to touch objects used for tattooing and auxiliary materials. Failure to follow the instructions may result in permanent health damage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Studio ensures sterility of the tools and materials used for the tattooing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. To book a tattoo appointment you must pay a non-returnable deposit within 3 business days (from the time you sign up for the tattoo) in the amount set by the tattoo artist, you can do it by person in the studio or by transfer on a bank account. If the deposit is not paid within 5 business days, the booking will be canceled.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. For reservations of several dates, the deposits is a multiple of number of bookings.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. The tattooing date can be changed up to once, at the latest 5 business days before the tattooing date.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Not informing the studio about the desire to change or resign from the booking date 5 business days before is equal to losing the deposit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Not appearing in the studio within the booked date is also equal to losing the deposit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Total resignation from the booking date and tattooing is equal to losing the deposit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. Payment of the deposit is equal to acceptance of these Regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. The tattoo design will be done in the studio on the booking date.<\/span><\/li>\n
  17. We are not responsible for the behaviour of ink on the customer's body.<\/span><\/li>\n
  18. The studio is not responsible for non-compliance with the rules of care during the healing process of the tattoo.<\/span><\/li>\n
  19. After the procedure we inform you about the rules of tattoo care, both during healing and in later years. Information on care is also available on the studio's website and in the instructions received after the procedure.<\/span><\/li>\n
  20. The tattooed person must strictly follow the care rules provided. We are not responsible for non-compliance with the care after tattooing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  21. We are not responsible for any skin changes that may occur after the procedure.<\/span><\/li>\n
  22. We may refuse a tattoo if we feel that the procedure threatens our health or the tattoo design conflicts with our views.<\/span><\/li>\n
  23. The studio reserves the right to refuse to make a tattoo without giving a reason which is associated with a refund of the deposit.<\/span><\/li>\n
  24. We can stop the procedure if the client's condition deteriorates or the skin structure changes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  25. Please do not bring small children, animals and any accompanying person to the studio.<\/span><\/li>\n
  26. The tattooing process is an irreversible procedure. Please be cautious before proceeding.<\/span><\/li>\n
  27. Before starting the procedure, each client is required to complete a statement. The statement must be completed on the spot in the studio on the day of tattooing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  28. In the studio you can buy Vouchers that are valid from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
  29. The voucher is valid for six months from the date of purchase.<\/span><\/li>\n
  30. The voucher's expiration date is not extended.<\/span><\/li>\n
  31. It is possible to transfer the Voucher to another person, but you should consult it in the studio.<\/span><\/li>\n
  32. The buyer undertakes to pay for the Voucher in an amount equal to the nominal value of the Voucher. <\/span><\/li>\n
  33. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/span><\/li>\n
  34. The purchased voucher is not refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n
  35. The voucher can be used once without the possibility of splitting.<\/span><\/li>\n
  36. Studio is not responsible for a Voucher that has been lost or damaged after its transfer to the Buyer.<\/span><\/li>\n
  37. During the implementation of the Voucher, the User is not entitled to receive the change when the value of the goods or services received is lower than the value of the Voucher. <\/span><\/li>\n
  38. The customer is obliged to pay the price difference in cash when the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the voucher presented. <\/span><\/li>\n
  39. The Studio has the right to refuse to redeem the Voucher when: the validity period of the Voucher has expired or the Voucher has been damaged and the data stored on the Voucher cannot be read.<\/span><\/li>\n
  40. Buyer \/ User declares that has read the content of these Regulations, accepts its and undertakes to comply with its provisions.<\/span><\/li>\n
  41. These regulations are considered accepted by the Voucher Buyer upon payment.<\/span><\/li>\n
  42. The regulations can be viewed at the White Rat Tattoo studio and on the studio's website.<\/span><\/li>\n
  43. The studio reserves the right to amend the Regulations. All changes are effective from the date of their introduction by the Studio, after the amended Regulations are available.<\/span><\/li>\n
  44. The administrator of personal data provided by the website user is White Rat Tattoo Agata Kacperczyk, Lwowska 11\/4, 00-660 Warsaw operating under the name White Rat Tattoo.<\/span><\/li>\n
  45. The User's personal data is processed on the basis of the User's consent (consent form in the Contact tab) or based on the written consent granted in the White Rat Tattoo tattoo studio in Warsaw in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016\/679 of April 27, 2016).<\/span><\/li>\n
  46. Detailed information on the processing of data by the Administrator is described in the privacy policy located at www.whiterattattoo.pl<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div>
