  • Concluding a contract for the provision of tattoo services, booking a tattoo date and proper implementation of the concluded contract for the provision of tattoo services;

  • Documentation of the concluded tattoo contract and its settlement (based on tax law provisions);

  • Internal administrative purposes;

  • Keeping statistics;

  • Pursuing claims or taking steps to defend against claims;

  • Consideration of complaints and grievances;

  • Contacting you, including exchanging correspondence (via electronic means and by telephone);

  • Responding to inquiries regarding our tattoo services;

  • Promotion of our tattoo services (also based on interest in our services);

4. The basis for processing your personal data is:

4. Providing your data is voluntary, however, without obtaining it we will not be able to make a tattoo for you;

5. You have the right to:

  • Request from the Administrator access to your personal data, rectification thereof, deletion or limitation of the processing of personal data;

  • Object to the processing of your personal data;

  • Data transfer;

  • Lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority;

  • Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data if the basis for the processing of your data is consent;

  • Request to receive one copy of the personal data processed by us;

7. Your personal data will not be transferred by White Rat Tattoo tattoo studio to third countries or international organizations;
